REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in Resume Writer and Job Search Coaching, resume writing, LinkedIn training, and interview preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each client.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Certification in Resume Writer and Job Search Coaching or related field is a plus.
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with candidates to assess their career goals, strengths, and areas for development.
- Assist candidates in crafting compelling resumes that showcase their skills, experiences, and achievements effectively.
- Provide detailed guidance on optimizing LinkedIn profiles to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.
- Conduct mock interviews and offer feedback to help candidates improve their interview performance and confidence.
- Develop personalized action plans and strategies to support clients in achieving their career objectives.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in Resume Writer and Job Search Coaching, resume writing, and job search techniques.
- Collaborate with the broader Outplacement Services team to deliver high-quality support and resources to clients.
