REQUIREMENTS
- Confident user of Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, basic functions)
- Strong attention to deadlines and detail in delivering high-quality reporting
- Accuracy and diligence in working with routine tasks
- Ability to communicate with developers: write clear task descriptions, verify deliverables
- Skill in understanding existing automated solutions and structuring information logically
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of internal and external reporting
- Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources on a weekly basis; copy, merge, and validate data in Excel and Google Sheets
- Support and enhance reporting automation: create tasks for developers, describe bugs, and test new features
- Analyze existing automated solutions; document related workflows and instructions
- When needed – create simple logic flowcharts and process diagrams to illustrate reporting or product workflows
