REQUIREMENTS
- Fully remote: reliable computer and preferably a phone.
- Comfortable making calls and speaking with potential recruits.
- Ability to adapt mid-conversation and handle questions professionally.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and follow-through skills.
- Experience with recruitment platforms and online sourcing.
- Experience in onboarding or document management is a plus.
- Self-motivated, consistent, and able to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and identify potential candidates (individuals or existing assembly companies) for our network.
- Access and utilize multiple recruitment platforms such as Indeed, Monster, and others to source candidates.
- Reach out, invite, and onboard candidates into our network.
- Follow a provided script and approved talking points while adapting to live conversations.
- Answer questions from potential recruits and explain our network and process.
- Ensure candidates meet our vetting criteria.
- Maintain consistent outreach and communication via phone, email, or text.
- Utilize internal systems for onboarding, document sorting, and record keeping.
- Participate in Flash or other team communication as needed.
- Track and report progress in a structured format.
