RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in preparing and processing payroll documentation

Coordinate the distribution and mailing of payroll checks and related materials

Maintain accurate payroll and transaction records

Support internal reporting and basic financial tracking

Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and file organization

Ensure all activities are handled confidentially and in compliance with company policies
