REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and another language.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and cash handling is a plus.

- Strong typing skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.

- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring all customer interactions are logged accurately in our systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer applications to manage client information effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing high call volumes in a call center environment.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve client services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed support.
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
