RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, helpful support
- Make outbound calls as needed ( follow-ups)
- Manage QuickBooks: invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliation
- Maintain accurate records and assist with basic admin tasks
