RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and process transaction files, client paperwork, and property forms
- Maintain accurate internal records throughout the sales or leasing process
- Organize listing information, contracts, and supporting documents for active and closed transactions
- Support team members with documentation tracking, status updates, and file management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with agents, brokers, and third-party vendors to obtain missing information or clarify discrepancies
- Assist in preparing internal reports and summaries for leadership review
