REQUIREMENTS

Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Prior experience in quality assurance, auditing, or process improvement.

Knowledge of Tax Collector’s Office transactions and software a plus.

Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.

Valid Florida driver’s license.
Equivalent combinations of education, training, or experience may be considered.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with statutes, codes, and internal procedures.

Develop and maintain audit schedules and reporting.

Lead smaller projects and support large-scale process improvement initiatives.

Identify and recommend solutions for improved accuracy, efficiency, and client service.

Provide guidance on complex issues and collaborate across departments to streamline processes.

Perform testing and validation for tax roll, tax sale, and billing processes.
-
Support reconciliation and process complex tax transactions.
