REQUIREMENTS

- High School Diploma or equivalency. Some college or trade certifications are preferred.:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role within the property insurance or construction industry.
- Experience working with High Net Worth clients is highly preferred.
- Claim handling experience is preferred but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary liaison between insurance adjusters and contractors, delivering personalized, white-glove service.
- Proactively anticipate client needs and address concerns to ensure a seamless claims process.
- Coordinate projects by prioritizing potentially problematic claims and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate clear communication between all parties, providing regular updates and resolving issues as they arise.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, decisions, and project progress to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver an exceptional client experience.
