REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Sourcing, Sales, Commercial Operations, and/or Supply Chain (Power Industry preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with sourcing and procurement in complex, technical environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead robust and competitive sourcing plans for tenders, providing vendor list, ensuring accurate costing and cycle times.
- Serve as the primary contact for sourcing data and standards throughout the ITO process
- Collaborate with strategic sourcing, engineering, and finance to maintain up-to-date product cost databases
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation in the ITO stage; provide actionable feedback to sales and proposal teams
- Oversee the RFQ process for tenders, evaluate supplier offers, and secure cost solidity.
- Capture and integrate lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future tendering.
- Facilitate seamless handovers between Tender and Project Execution teams.
