RESPONSIBILITIES
- New location account set-up processes for North America locations.
- Purveyor account set-up process, ensuring aligned to global partnership agreements.
- Vet purveyor new account requests, ensuring correct payment information set up and agreed payment terms established.
- Administrate training of location level set-up request requirements for purveyor additions and adjustment requests.
- Align and maintain insurance, health department, and certification requirements of purveyor partners.
- Assist system build and maintenance of Company procurement systems.
- Partner with payment management team to ensure correct group identification.
- Develop and organize request portal that ensures process of set-up request, vetting, approval process, and payment numbers are organized, reviewed and completed timely.
- Work with procurement leadership to maintain Company reimbursement and business travel reimbursement programs.
