REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of payroll experience required
  • Experience with UKG strongly preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in HR processes and employment laws
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time via UKG.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Handle pay related inquiries from employees
  • Coordinate with Finance and HR teams to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation
  • Manage timekeeping systems, leave, regulatory filings and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS
  • Support 401K and benefits administration and open enrollment
  • Assist with compliance reporting and audits
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
