REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of payroll experience required
- Experience with UKG strongly preferred.
- Knowledgeable in HR processes and employment laws
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time via UKG.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Handle pay related inquiries from employees
- Coordinate with Finance and HR teams to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation
- Manage timekeeping systems, leave, regulatory filings and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS
- Support 401K and benefits administration and open enrollment
- Assist with compliance reporting and audits
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
