REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field preferred
- Experience in patient access, healthcare administration, or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with EMRs, patient portals, or scheduling systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and able to adapt to a fast-paced, remote environment
- Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages) preferred but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review patient records in electronic medical record (EMR) systems to identify eligible patients for quality care interventions
- Verify and update demographics, insurance, and medical information
- Contact patients by phone, text, and email to provide education on recommended screenings and preventive care
- Schedule appointments and document all outreach activities in Caret Health’s internal systems
- Coordinate with the Caret Health team to meet program goals and maintain high-quality patient engagement
- Support evolving workflows related to value-based care initiatives
