  • Previous administrative or office support experience (1–3 years preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide remote administrative and clerical support to the USA operations team, primarily assisting the VP, USA Business Unit & Mergers + Acquisitions.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for project and corporate documents
  • Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments
  • Support data entry, record keeping, and document control processes
  • Assist with onboarding coordination for new employees and contractors
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as required
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external contacts
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team
