REQUIREMENTS
- Previous administrative or office support experience (1–3 years preferred)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and virtual tools (Teams/Zoom)

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected with the team

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide remote administrative and clerical support to the USA operations team, primarily assisting the VP, USA Business Unit & Mergers + Acquisitions.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for project and corporate documents
- Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments
- Support data entry, record keeping, and document control processes
- Assist with onboarding coordination for new employees and contractors
- Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as required
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external contacts
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team
