REQUIREMENTS
- 3-7 years of packaging engineering experience
- Food & Beverage industry experience
- Materials: Frozen food cartons, flexible films, thermoform packaging, corrugate, and stretch wrap
- Systems: PLM and ERP familiarity
- Ability to quickly learn company-specific processes and workflows
- Strong attention to detail for accuracy
- Willingness to travel occasionally for plant support
RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Packaging Specialist with spec uploads and validations in GSM system

Review dielines, packaging copy, and artwork for accuracy
-
Validate packaging efficiency (dimensions, fit, palletization)

Ensure accuracy of packaging data across GSM, JD Edwards, TraceGains
-
Support commercialization team with packaging-related project updates (2–3 meetings weekly)

Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Regulatory, Product Development

Receive work packages from Packaging Specialist
-
Upload and validate specs in GSM / JD Edwards
-
Handle data accuracy checks and troubleshooting
-
Coordinate with QA and commercialization teams
-
Traveling to plants, if needed
