REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in an operations and/or finance role, ideally in a non-profit or social impact organization.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Technological acumen, familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom, Quickbooks, Bill.com and Asana (or similar systems).
- Familiarity with HighLevel all-in-one platform is a very big plus.
- Experience with WordPress is a plus.
- Financial literacy with regard to nonprofit documents including Statements of Cash Flows, Activities, and Functional Expenses.
- Experience managing vendors.
- Interest in the therapy/self-growth industry a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize existing and proven templates for managing program pipelines
- lead/application forms
- webpages and event calendar
- email marketing campaigns
- inquiries from prospective and registered students
- payment and liability contracts, and invoicing
- automated confirmation emails
- online learning content
- continuing education credits and certificates of completion
Be the go-to person for managing training budgets. Create and update training budgets including tuition revenue and all program expenses.
- Receive and process invoices for teaching faculty and other program support personnel, and other expenses such as venue rentals and royalties
- Track registration trends, including scholarship amounts provided
- Close-out budgets ensuring all tuition is collected and payments are made
