REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with project management or CRM software is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and team members
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with email management and follow-up correspondence
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems
- Support onboarding processes and communication with new hires
- Handle general inquiries from internal and external stakeholders with professionalism
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure smooth business operations
