RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide clients through the mortgage process with care and professionalism
- Build relationships with real estate agents, attorneys, and other local professionals
- Manage your loan pipeline and ensure timely, accurate documentation
- Educate borrowers on loan options and help them choose the best fit
- Prepare detailed loan scenarios and proposals
- Conduct regular follow-up with borrowers and referral partners during the lending process
- Participate in local networking and community outreach
