RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify rising TikTok creators with strong potential
- Send outreach messages and manage follow-ups
- Assist in maintaining a recruitment pipeline
- Join occasional TikTok Lives to scout creators
- Occasionally join lives to support agency visibility
- Help promote weekly programs, creator features, and events
- Assist with engagement and creator questions during agency streams
- Help brainstorm, script, and plan TikTok videos
- Assist with video editing and short-form content optimization
- Stay up-to-date on current TikTok trends
- Support with The Neighborhood Lock-In programming
- Help manage updates, content, announcements, and event prep
- Keep internal communications and creator info organized
- Assist with social media planning
- Help manage creator-facing updates
- Prepare materials, messages, and content drafts
- Bring fresh ideas to the table (we LOVE this)
