- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent and 10 plus years of paper industry experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- SAP experience a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a safe work environment for all employees
- Grow Mill Services to match the business plan
- Grow Disk Filter Business to match the business plan
- Coordinate Mill Service activities associated with the Repair business with operations and group Service Managers
- 5S in work areas
- Reviews of direct employees and Payroll
