RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and file corporate and LLC documents in all 50 states.
- Enter client data to establish domestic and offshore trusts.
- Communicate with clients by phone and email to gather and verify information.
- Support attorneys and senior legal staff in preparing, reviewing, and organizing client filings.
- Interface with state agencies, registered agents, and banks for business filings and compliance.
