REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or multi-site operations.
- Strong understanding of sourcing tools, job boards, and social media recruiting.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive) and ATS systems preferred.
- Based on the East Coast, with availability during standard business hours (Eastern Time).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting to offer — for a variety of roles, including clinical providers, medical assistants, and front-office staff.
- Conduct virtual, camera-based interviews via Zoom and Google Meet, ensuring a polished and engaging candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to identify staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
- Cultivate local externship and internship partnerships with schools, colleges, and medical programs to strengthen the long-term talent pipeline.
- Build and maintain active candidate networks through sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media.
- Track recruitment metrics and candidate activity using applicant tracking systems (Teamtailor) and Google Workspace tools.
- Represent our client’s brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity in every interaction.
