RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review MetLife tasks using filtering protocols to verify what balance are eligible for placement with Brown and Joseph.
- Work MetLife task using multiple client systems to update claim status, claim notes, set new future tasks, release withheld payments, translate letters and send the original OP letter to the claimant.
- Send MetLife placement to be audited then forwarded to Data Entry.
- Preforms Data Entry function for all MetLife Disability placements by pulling data points from legacy systems as well as Catalyst.
- Assist with releasing MetLife benefits per a collector/client services request.Assist with Voiding checks request per a collector/client services request.
