REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or phone-based customer service
- Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and quiet space
- Based in Georgia (preferred) for team meetings and time zone alignment
- No real estate experience required — we’ll teach you what you need to know
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work from home while taking inbound calls, texts, and web submissions from sellers
- Use our client’s proven call framework to guide conversations
- Build genuine rapport, uncover motivation, and qualify each opportunity
- Set in-person appointments for our Acquisitions Managers throughout Georgia
- Follow up with existing leads to reignite new opportunities
- Keep detailed notes and updates inside Salesforce (training provided)
- Collaborate virtually with your team for support and feedback
