REQUIREMENTS
– Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
– Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently
– Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly fluency in English and Spanish
– Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
– Ability to handle high call volume while maintaining a positive attitude
– Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously
– Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed
– Sales experience or familiarity with outbound calling is beneficial
RESPONSIBILITIES- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
– Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
– Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
– Identify and analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services
– Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
– Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system
