Prior experience in customer service or sales a plus.

Experience in healthcare staffing or recruiting strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals using job boards, social media, and networking strategies.

Build relationships and pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
-
Pursue both active and passive candidates with creativity and persistence.

Review applications and resumes, conduct interviews, and complete reference checks.
-
Act as a liaison between client facilities and newly hired talent, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

Maintain compliance with all employment laws and internal policies.
-
Handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA standards.

Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
