RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging email content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing strategies.
- Analyze email performance metrics using Google Analytics and A/B testing to optimize future campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates.
- Assist in the creation of visually appealing emails using Adobe Photoshop, CSS, and HTML to enhance user experience.
- Maintain an organized database of guest interactions and feedback to improve service delivery continuously.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by leveraging digital marketing techniques to drive guest engagement and retention.
