REQUIREMENTS
- Engaging, outgoing, accepting, and supportive personality (Yes, there is a reason this is listed first!)
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong clerical skills including accurate data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work cohesively within a team environment
- While we do encourage exercise and living well, the reality is that this is an office job. Being able to sit for longer periods of time is a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately performing data entry into Governmental databases
- Reviews submitted documentation to ensure compliance with eligibility determinations
- Generates requests (written or verbal) for additional information or communication needs
- Processes supporting verification documentation
- Provides telephone support utilizing clear and effective communication skills
