RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and fulfill marketing services for client accounts
- Create, schedule, and deliver marketing content (short-form videos, posts, ads, or campaigns depending on experience)
- Communicate with clients to collect needed materials and provide updates
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize workflow
- Maintain deadlines and ensure projects are delivered on time
- Coordinate with internal team members (VAs, editors, designers, media buyers)
- Troubleshoot client issues and ensure outstanding service
