REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a high-level administrative role, preferably in a nonprofit, government, or military-related organization
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and project management tools
- Familiarity with nonprofit governance, board engagement, or government contracting is a plus
- Interest in national security, space, defense, or public service sectors is desirable
- US Citizenship required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel
- Prepare agendas, draft correspondence, and record meeting notes
- Track action items and deadlines across multiple projects and initiatives
- Assist in preparing board materials, presentations, and briefings
- Help manage email flow and prioritize key communications
- Support coordination with external partners, sponsors, government contacts, and internal teams
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure seamless administrative support
- Assist with basic research, reporting, and special projects aligned with the CEO’s goals
