REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and tools such as ADP is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
- Knowledge of employment labor law is beneficial but not required.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms, including Lever and Taleo, to source and manage candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Assist in campus recruitment efforts to attract top talent from educational institutions.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Stay informed about employment labor laws to ensure compliance during the hiring process.
- Support internal recruiting initiatives by identifying potential candidates within the organization.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote company opportunities.
