RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to eligible family caregivers (we provide the leads)
- Use your communication skills to explain Ceresti’s free caregiver support program
- Listen with empathy, identify caregiver needs, and guide them toward enrollment
- Track your outreach efforts in our CRM system (we’ll train you)
- Collaborate with Ceresti’s coaching and engagement team as needed
- Provide feedback on what’s working and how we can improve
- Stay compliant with all HIPAA and privacy regulations
