Engineering Manager – Content Enrichment

As the Engineering Team Lead for Content Enrichment, you’ll coach a team of talented and high performing bunch of backend engineers and machine learning engineers working across search enrichment pipelines, metadata automation, and scalable microservices. You’ll define the team’s vision and guide strategic delivery aligned with goals. You’ll collaborate closely with content experts, product managers, and machine learning teams to create infrastructure that makes billions of assets more discoverable and usable every day. This role will see you:

Lead and support backend and machine learning engineers driving our content enrichment platforms.

Shape the team’s vision, strategy, and technical architecture to scale with content growth.

Coach and mentor engineers to do the best work of their lives.

Collaborate across content and product teams to deliver impactful, user-facing solutions.

Embed a culture of operational excellence and continuous technical innovation.

Represent your team across supergroup forums and strategic initiatives.

You’re probably a match if

You have leadership experience guiding backend engineers through complex product and technical challenges.

You’re passionate about coaching and developing engineers, creating a culture of growth and support.

You bring deep engineering expertise, ideally with experience in microservices, search, or content systems.

You’re experienced in designing systems at scale, with a focus on reliability, performance, and extensibility.

You collaborate cross-functionally and thrive in partnerships with product, ML, and content stakeholders.

You think strategically and deliver pragmatically, balancing long-term vision with immediate needs.
