RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with collecting, organizing, and maintaining both digital and physical company documents.
- Ensure all documents are properly labeled, categorized, and stored for quick and accurate retrieval.
- Review documents to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
- Support version control processes and ensure updated documents are distributed to the correct departments.
- Enter, update, and maintain information in document management systems and databases.
- Scan, upload, and archive documents as required.
- Provide support during audits, prepare reports, and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
