REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED certificate required; relevant experience is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess and assign any/all open events.
- Verify proper authorization has been obtained to dispatch the event.
- Advise the customer of the estimated time of arrival on the scheduled appointment and follow instructions per customer requirements.
- Inform supervisor on duty of any delays with the service provider’s estimated time of arrival or problems with repairs.
- Work with New Call/Follow Up reps to address problems as they arise.
- Monitor technician’s route and status of units to coordinate and prioritize scheduling
- Enter details of service orders in applicable computer system and maintain logs of activities and other information as required.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries.
