REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of relevant experience improving developer productivity and tooling.

Strong expertise with modern developer tools (Python, NextJS or similar frontend bundlers, CI/CD pipelines).

Proven success in identifying and solving complex bottlenecks in complex, organically grown codebases.

Structured and proactive mindset capable of designing clear, intuitive, and sustainable workflows from ambiguous requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Diagnosing and addressing bottlenecks in current developer workflows and tools.

Standardizing local development setups, CI/CD pipelines, dependency management, and testing infrastructure.

Be the internal expert on modern tooling, especially NextJS, Python, and CI/CD practices.
