REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, and BI reporting.
- Proficiency in Power BI, hands-on experience with MongoDB, and strong expertise in data warehouse design and ETL/ELT processes.
- Proven knowledge of data disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Strong ability to analyze complex datasets, assess performance, and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to working with teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Familiarity with public/private sector data policies, regulations, and compliance standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and optimize data warehouse environments for scalability and performance.
- Develop and implement robust disaster recovery (Data DR) strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, integrating MongoDB and other data sources.
- Oversee ETL/ELT processes, ensuring efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions meet business needs.
- Stay updated with the latest data engineering, BI, and NoSQL trends to enhance solutions.
