REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 years of experience in customer service or support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues
- Proficient in using customer service software, such as Zendesk
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and website development is a plus
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated in a remote setting
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful support to customers regarding our products and services
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with other team members to find and implement process improvements for customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with product changes and new features in order to effectively assist customers
- Identify and escalate any complex or urgent issues to the appropriate department
