REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 years of experience in customer service or support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues
  • Proficient in using customer service software, such as Zendesk
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and website development is a plus
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and remain motivated in a remote setting

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful support to customers regarding our products and services
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to the appropriate team members
  • Collaborate with other team members to find and implement process improvements for customer satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with product changes and new features in order to effectively assist customers
  • Identify and escalate any complex or urgent issues to the appropriate department
