- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrating over acceptance of assignments from client/lenders, along with processing the assignments, processing the completion of services, and release of lender asset, upon execution of service.
Processing client/agent requests while you manage a high call volume.
