RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
- Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups or sales opportunities as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance client experiences.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and professionalism during all customer interactions.
