- Provide detailed information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends in health, wellness, and fitness.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
- Collect and document customer feedback to help improve our offerings and customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
