- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using a CRM system to manage customer data, interactions, and sales processes.
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support clients by offering solutions tailored to their needs and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share insights for better client support.
