RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using a CRM system to manage customer data, interactions, and sales processes.
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote ​ services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Support clients by offering solutions tailored to their needs and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share insights for better client support.
