RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead onboarding for new creators, ensuring a smooth setup and integration into company systems.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and check-ins.

Act as a liaison between creators and internal teams (creative, management, strategy, operations).

Host weekly or bi-weekly meetings with creators to review performance, content direction, and upcoming goals.

Proactively identify and resolve challenges to keep creators motivated and supported.

Track creator satisfaction and performance metrics, escalating issues where necessary.

Support the Operations Manager in refining client management systems, processes, and project management.
