REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a Customer Facing Role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
  • Experience with law firms, particularly in client intake processes
  • Proficiency with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Hubstaff, GoHighLevel)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) bonus if you’ve managed automations or pipelines
  • Strong project management skills, keeping deliverables, timelines, and communication on track
  •  Availability to work EST hours (20 hours per week). This is a remote, part-time role that will start, with opportunities for growth.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience working with law firms

  • U.S.-based (must be comfortable making phone calls to clients)
