REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a Customer Facing Role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Experience with law firms, particularly in client intake processes
- Proficiency with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Hubstaff, GoHighLevel)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) bonus if you’ve managed automations or pipelines
- Strong project management skills, keeping deliverables, timelines, and communication on track
- Availability to work EST hours (20 hours per week). This is a remote, part-time role that will start, with opportunities for growth.
