REQUIREMENTS
AA degree preferably in Human Services field One year of experience within the mental health/social services/human services field
Strong organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure agency compliance with COMAR regulations, contract terms, policies, and procedures.
- Completing RSVP, monthly calendared and transportation logs for PRP Groups.
- Conduct note reading
- Process Discharges
- Conduct outreach calls as needed
- Process referrals
- Manage rehab plan account
- Assign Intakes and Annual Assessments
- Request DLA-20’s
- Participate in mandatory staff meetings as requested
