REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in administrative, client service, or project coordination roles preferred but not required (training provided)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace suitable for remote work

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support for ongoing client projects
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project schedules, task lists, and progress reports
  • Serve as a communication bridge between clients, project leads, and internal teams
  • Organize, track, and update project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and status summaries
  • Prepare client updates and correspondence, ensuring timely delivery and professional tone
  • Support virtual meetings by managing scheduling, agendas, and follow-up notes
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and file management within project management systems
  • Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending deliverables
  • Help identify and escalate potential delays, risks, or client concerns to supervisors
  • Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and accuracy in all client interactions and documentation
