REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in administrative, client service, or project coordination roles preferred but not required (training provided)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace suitable for remote work
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support for ongoing client projects
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project schedules, task lists, and progress reports
- Serve as a communication bridge between clients, project leads, and internal teams
- Organize, track, and update project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and status summaries
- Prepare client updates and correspondence, ensuring timely delivery and professional tone
- Support virtual meetings by managing scheduling, agendas, and follow-up notes
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and file management within project management systems
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending deliverables
- Help identify and escalate potential delays, risks, or client concerns to supervisors
- Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and accuracy in all client interactions and documentation
