REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of state non-medical home care rules (AZ, MA, MI) a plus.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take intake calls and complete non-clinical service assessments for new home care clients.
  • Allocate and fill labour hire requests for hospitals, aged-care, and clinics.
  • Schedule and manage home care caregivers (companions, PCAs, HHAs).
  • Monitor and adjust rosters; handle urgent changes.
  • Provide real-time support to field staff.
  • Keep meticulous records to meet Arizona, Massachusetts, and Michigan regulations.
  • Communicate clearly with families, caregivers, and facilities.
