REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in staffing, scheduling, or care coordination (home care or healthcare staffing).
- Excellent communication, ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Computer savvy (scheduling platforms, EMR, cloud tools).
- Attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Knowledge of state non-medical home care rules (AZ, MA, MI) a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take intake calls and complete non-clinical service assessments for new home care clients.
- Allocate and fill labour hire requests for hospitals, aged-care, and clinics.
- Schedule and manage home care caregivers (companions, PCAs, HHAs).
- Monitor and adjust rosters; handle urgent changes.
- Provide real-time support to field staff.
- Keep meticulous records to meet Arizona, Massachusetts, and Michigan regulations.
- Communicate clearly with families, caregivers, and facilities.
