- Access to a personal laptop or computer and reliable internet connection
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and operational support
- Answer and make business calls on behalf of the company
- Conduct research and coordinate local logistics and suppliers
- Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new US team members
- Monitor staff performance, quality control, and compliance procedures
- Visit office locations in person when needed (travel expenses covered)
- Support the setup and management of new locations as we expand across the US
- Represent our client Group and Yours Virtually with professionalism and positivity
