REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role (IT services or MSP experience a plus).
- Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline and exceeding activity targets.
- Self-motivated hunter mentality with resilience and persistence to drive results.
- Strong communication and consultative skills to engage decision-makers and build trust.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic sales automation tools.
- Prior experience with IT MSPs / service providers.
- Experience in large roll-up or buy-and-build platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work hand-in-hand with MSP partner sales teams to execute outbound prospecting campaigns and drive new logo growth.
- Identify and engage potential customers through research, calls, emails, and digital outreach.
- Qualify leads and uncover prospect needs to ensure a strong fit for partner solutions.
- Schedule and confirm qualified discovery meetings for partner sales teams.
- Understand and convey the value of our Partners portfolio of services
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility for both Shield and partner stakeholders.
