REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role (IT services or MSP experience a plus).
  • Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline and exceeding activity targets.
  • Self-motivated hunter mentality with resilience and persistence to drive results.
  • Strong communication and consultative skills to engage decision-makers and build trust.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic sales automation tools.
  • Prior experience with IT MSPs / service providers.
  • Experience in large roll-up or buy-and-build platforms.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work hand-in-hand with MSP partner sales teams to execute outbound prospecting campaigns and drive new logo growth.
  • Identify and engage potential customers through research, calls, emails, and digital outreach.
  • Qualify leads and uncover prospect needs to ensure a strong fit for partner solutions.
  • Schedule and confirm qualified discovery meetings for partner sales teams.
  • Understand and convey the value of our Partners portfolio of services
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility for both Shield and partner stakeholders.
