- 1+ year in B2B phone sales, SDR/BDR, appointment setting, or high-velocity outreach
- Confident phone presence, clear communication, and strong objection handling
- Organized and metrics-driven; comfortable living in a CRM and hitting daily activity goals
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a “coachability first” mindset
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call, text, and email vetted prospect lists using our scripts and CRM playbooks
- Qualify prospects against clear criteria and book calendar appointments for a sales call
- Manage follow-ups, notes, and pipeline stages accurately in the CRM
- Collaborate with leadership to improve talk tracks, rebuttals, and show rates
- Progress to Closer: lead discovery calls, present solutions, handle objections, and finalize agreements
