  • Confident phone presence, clear communication, and strong objection handling
  • Organized and metrics-driven; comfortable living in a CRM and hitting daily activity goals
  • Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a “coachability first” mindset

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Call, text, and email vetted prospect lists using our scripts and CRM playbooks
  • Qualify prospects against clear criteria and book calendar appointments for a sales call
  • Manage follow-ups, notes, and pipeline stages accurately in the CRM
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve talk tracks, rebuttals, and show rates
  • Progress to Closer: lead discovery calls, present solutions, handle objections, and finalize agreements
